Cancellation Policy

We would like to thank you for choosing VMediSpa. In order to give you, and all of our clients, the best possible care, we request that you review our policy regarding missed and/or cancelled appointments. A missed appointment is defined as a failure to show up for an allotted scheduled time, without a phone call to reschedule, or cancellation notice of at least 24 hours prior notice. We require at least 24 hours prior notice so that we are able to fill your appointment with another client.

We request that you sign this document, consenting that the given credit card be charged a cancellation fee for 100% of your service in the following circumstances:

LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR NOTICE; or

FAILURE TO SHOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT
