Return Policy

Items returned in unopened, original packaging within 14 days of your original purchase date along with your receipt or proof of purchase will be refunded or exchanged at your preference.

Items returned opened within 30 days of your original purchase date because they are defective will be exchanged for the same item with an original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned opened and used because you are experiencing a verified reaction to its application will be refunded with your receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days of your original purchase.

Any products not accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase or not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be processed in the same tender as your original purchase. All applicable taxes as required by law will be included.

All returns are subject to validation and approval by VMediSpa, which reserves the right to limit or refuse a return.
